How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through our Vagaro booking page. Simply select your preferred service, date, and time. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

  • Arrive with clean skin (no makeup or heavy skincare products for facial treatments).
  • Drink plenty of water before and after treatments to support detoxification.
  • If receiving a facial, please avoid harsh exfoliants or active skincare (retinoids, strong acids) for 48 hours prior.
  • Wear comfortable clothing for body treatments.

Yes! Our treatments are barrier-conscious and gentle, formulated with natural, non-toxic ingredients suitable for sensitive skin. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, gift cards, and digital payments. We do not accept checks.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online and in-store. They do not expire and can be used for any service or product at Rooted Wellness & Apothecary.

Do you accommodate pregnancy and postpartum clients?

Absolutely! We offer pregnancy-safe and postpartum-supportive treatments. Please let us know if you are pregnant or recently postpartum so we can customize your experience accordingly.
